Update Notes - Patch 1322

Fixes and Modifications:

• Fixed an issue with the PrizeOfficer NPC where certain items could not be purchased.
• Added the Hossu Soul to Boss drops with a slightly rarer drop rate.
• Adjusted the difficulty of obtaining CraftingScroll items from Bosses to make them more challenging to acquire.
